If your course is graded and you are past the deadlines to withdraw from a course, you can request a DNW (Did Not Write). This notation will appear on your Grade Report and the official academic transcript. It signifies that you did not complete the course and that no academic penalty has been applied. If there are extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical reasons) please complete the Petition to Withdraw or Transfer Past Deadlines form.
