Effective July 11, 2024.

After many years, we are phasing out our U of T Alumni Benefit.  Please note, there is a limited, remaining window to utilize your $550 CAD* alumni benefit toward your first course with SCS. Read below for more details.

  • If you have graduated from a University of Toronto degree program between November 2019 and November 2023, you qualify for an alumni discount of $550 to use towards any one course (exclusions apply) at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
  • The final terms to use this benefit for eligible alumni are Spring/Summer 2024 and the Fall 2024. Courses for which the benefit is used must end by December 31st, 2024.
  • The U of T Alumni Benefit may not be combined with any other bursaries, awards, discounts, or the U of T Staff Tuition Waiver.
  • Per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), the U of T Alumni Benefit is considered a taxable benefit. If approved, you will receive a T4A slip from the University of Toronto in the year following your enrolment.
  • This discount benefit cannot be applied to a course you have already registered for retroactively, so please be sure to complete the alumni discount benefit application process before registering for your desired course.
