COVID-19 Contingency Guidelines for Transfers, Withdrawals and Partial or Complete Refunds

We appreciate that the uncertainty caused by COVID-19 has given us all the challenge of trying to prepare for something we cannot yet see. For those who are mid-course, we appreciate that our existing withdrawal, transfer and refund guidelines were not reflective of all our new reality. Accordingly, we have contingency guidelines for the courses that are directly impacted by the COVID-19 situation.

Course fees paid by credit card will be returned to the original credit card account.  It can take five to ten business days for a refund to appear on your credit card.

If you paid your registration fees by cheque or money order, your refund will be processed in the form of a University of Toronto cheque made payable to the original payor.

Learner Account Credit

You will receive an email with your Learner Account Credit offer within five to 10 business days from the date of this request form.
