Purpose: for individuals registered into six (6) months or longer with our English Language Program (ELP) who intend to apply for a visa/study permit.
If you plan to stay in Canada longer than six (6) months, you need to obtain a study permit. For more information on study permit requirements, please visit Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Please note: A PAL will not guarantee that you will receive a visa/permit to come to Canada to study. It is your responsibility to arrange the correct visas and permits in order to study in Canada by following the application procedures set by IRCC in your home country.
Request forms submitted prior to registration, or for programs totalling six (6) months or less will not be processed.
Processing Time: Attestation letters are issued directly by the Province of Ontario, and our office cannot guarantee processing times. Processing times may vary so early applications are encouraged. Should our office receive any updates regarding your request, our staff will contact you directly.
