4149 - Career Wayfinding Workshop Series

Career Wayfinding is a cohort-based three-part weekly workshop series that applies principles of design thinking to build an action plan for your career and life’s work.

The workshops consist of interactive activities where you will work to gain new perspectives and interpret them in a way that can keep you motivated and inspired in your career journey. The sessions will also provide you with the tools to generate more ideas, increase creativity, and be more agile and future ready for your career journey.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to make a change, this series can help you gain clarity on where you are right now, brainstorm what steps you want to take next, and provide resources you need to become the confident navigator in your career journey.

By the end of this course, you'll be able to:

  • Enhance your problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Gain clarity and motivation in career decision-making
  • Develop a personalized career action plan by applying design thinking principles to identify current career challenges
