The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is the professional regulatory body for Human Resources Professionals in Ontario. It oversees more than 24,000 registrants in 28 chapters across the province. The HRPA is one of only two provincial professional regulatory bodies in Canada (the other being l’Ordre des professionels en ressources humaine in Quebec).
The core mandate of the HRPA is to promote and protect the public interest by governing and regulating the practice of members of the Association and firms.
