Attaining the CRM certification builds on the successful completion of CRA exams Parts 2, 3 and 4. CRM candidates must pass Parts 1, 5 and 6 of the ICRM examination, hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, and demonstrate one year of professional records and information management experience.
