The AAP offers the Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) certificate and designation for administrative professionals. Earning your certification demonstrates your aptitude as an administrative and office support professional and reflects your commitment to excellence through life-long learning.

Certification requires the completion of four compulsory and three elective courses; see the School of Continuing Studies equivalent courses below.

CCAP graduates must complete a certification renewal process every three years, based on a credits system.
