Service Pricing Update – Effective September 22, 2025
We’re updating our pricing model to better reflect the rising costs of service delivery and continue to offer high-quality support to our applicants.
What’s Changing?
- New Pricing Model: Effective September 22, 2025, updated fees will apply to the following CES applications and services. For detailed fee information, please review each item listed on this page.
- CES IRCC ECA Application: $241.5 per application (up to two credentials)
- General CC Application: $190 per credential
- General DD Application: $175 per credential
- Canada and Continental USA Courier: $65
- IRCC ECA Applications:
- You can now submit up to two credentials with a single application fee.
- This change aligns with IRCC’s policy, allowing you to focus on your highest credential. Additional instructions are included in the online application form instructions.
- Please note: Submitting more than one credential may result in longer processing times.

Request Official Academic Records sent to CES by mail | Use this form to have your official academic records (transcripts/statements of marks) sent from your former institution(s). Official academic records must be sent directly to the CES office in a sealed envelope by each educational institution that granted the qualification. Request Official Academic Records sent to CES electronically | Use this form to have your official academic records (transcripts/statements of marks) sent electronically by your former institution(s). Please ensure you check the country specific document recuirement requirement. This application form is provided for your convenience to help you in this process – it’s not necessary that you use it. | Duplicate/Additional Copies of ECA report and/or Send to Third-Party | Use this form to have additional copies of your CES educational credential assessment report sent to yourself or to a third party. CES can provide additional copies of your original ECA report for a small service fee. CES will not send your assessment report to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on your behalf, because IRCC only accepts original reports submitted directly by applicants. The processing time is five (5) business days upon receipt of your request and payment. Please note that the processing time does not include delivery. Note: If you wish to share your ECA report with the provincial and/or territorial nominee program officials under the Provincial Nominee Programs (e.g. OINP), please do not use this form.
