The new SCS Executive Speaker Series explores how supporting upskilling and developing a culture of lifelong learning can drive positive organizational transformation.

The past few years have demonstrated just how vital it is for organizations to be innovative and adaptable in times of great social upheaval and rapid technological advancement.

The University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies new Executive Speaker Series aims to explore how organizations can build this kind of resilience and navigate organizational transformation by investing in upskilling and fostering a strong culture of lifelong learning.

“At SCS we have seen time and time again that fostering a culture of lifelong learning and upskilling is a win for both individuals and the organizations they work for,” says SCS Dean Dr. Catherine Chandler-Crichlow.

“For organizations, it means closing skill gaps, retaining top talent, and creating the ability to adapt and evolve quickly to meet the ever-changing needs of the market. This is true across sectors, which is why I’m thrilled that we’ll be gaining insights from a diverse group of highly respected C-suite leaders in the Executive Speaker Series.”

The Executive Speaker Series is free to attend live online with an opportunity for online audience members to submit their questions and comments to the speakers. It includes three sessions:

•    Alan Richardson, Senior Vice-President, Talent Strategy & Solutions at RBC, Wednesday, June 7
