The University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies has always been dedicated to helping learners reach their career goals. Each year, the school’s expert instructors equip thousands of learners with the skills they need to take their careers to the next level.
Now the school is poised to help learners not only to acquire these skills, but also to design a clear path to the future they envision with the latest SCS offering: Blueprint Career Services.

The SCS Blueprint Career Services online portal provides members access to in-depth, interactive workshops; one-on-one coaching; panel and networking events; mentorship opportunities; and a robust collection of free online career resources.
CliftonStrengths workshops help participants identify and harness their natural abilities and present them effectively as they navigate their careers.
One-on-one coaching provides the opportunity to dig deeper into what participants learn through our CliftonStrengths workshop and receive personalized follow-up guidance from our expert coaches.
Designing Your Life’s Work workshops use design thinking principles to help participants find the way forward when their next career step is uncertain.
Panel events feature career advice, insights and true stories of navigating challenges to inspire and help participants make the connections they need to propel their careers in the right direction.
A suite of curated online resources includes articles, templates and guidelines to help Blueprint members tackle the practical aspects of building the career they want.
