If your institution/record keeper (Pearson Ltd.) provides such service or provides their own electronic transcript service, please have the document access information or the official academic record sent to ces.transcripts@utoronto.ca. The electronic transcript must be sent via an institutional email address belonging to the appropriate office/department/unit that is in charge of academic document issuance or verification. | Documents inside the envelope must bear original stamps and signatures.

*Note: CES does not assess diplomas or certificates awarded by City and Guilds or other vocational qualification awarding bodies.
University of Oxford official academic records requirement:
- You can download a copy of your transcript or diploma supplement, as well as your degree certificate from the University of Oxford’s edocuments service and send them to ces.transcripts@utoronto.ca. Please ensure the QR code is clear for verification purposes. For PhD graduates, a downloaded copy of the degree certificate and the confirmation of studies are required.
- You can also share your official documents as mentioned above with CES using ces.transcripts@utoronto.ca as the recipient.
