The SCS Access Fund for Internationally Educated Professionals

The Access Fund for Internationally Educated Professionals is designed to help internationally educated professionals build meaningful careers in Canada by reducing financial barriers to access courses, assessments, and services at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

Please note that this fund is intended for:

  • Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Protected Persons residing in Ontario at the time of application and must be eligible to work and take educational courses in Canada.
  • For the purposes of this access fund, an Internationally Educated Professional (IEP) is defined as someone who has completed postsecondary education in another country, who is facing challenges integrating into the Canadian labour market. Applicants must be individuals who have completed education outside of Canada and are seeking meaningful integration into the Canadian workforce.

To proceed with your grant application, please provide the documentation listed below:

  • A copy of government-issued identification. Submit one piece of identification as outlined in the province of Ontario's Acceptable Identity Documents guidelines.
  • Statement/Letter of Interest (up to 250 words).
  • Proof of international education credential(s) received.
