An Important Update from the Comparative Education Service (CES)
After careful consideration, the University of Toronto has made the difficult decision to wind down the Comparative Education Service. Effective October 22, 2026, 9:00 am EDT, CES has permanently stopped accepting new applications and requests for credential assessment services.
We recognize the importance of CES assessments to our applicants and clients. Applications submitted and paid for before the deadline will continue to be processed, and we remain committed to supporting active applicants and existing clients throughout the winding down period. We are deeply grateful for the confidence that applicants, clients, and partners have placed in CES over the years.
