Applying Online

Applications for an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report must be submitted online. Please refer to our document requirements page for a list of documents that must be submitted along with your application.

REQUEST

OFFICIAL ACADEMIC RECORDS

Contact your issuing institution(s) to have the Official Academic Records sent in a sealed envelope directly to CES.

For course-by-course assessment, a detailed grading scale of your former institution from your study period is required.

Step 5

PROCESSING TIME

The estimated processing time for applications begins on the date that the application and all required official documents from the institution(s) are received and accepted, not necessarily the date the application was received.

Step 6

Receive Assessment

Receive your ECA report via the delivery method you have chosen.

Step 7

Use Your Course Discount

Use your one-time $200 (CAD) CES Course Discount applicable towards any course offered by the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
