TCard Request Form

A University of Toronto Student Card (TCard) is available free of charge to any student who is taking a course with the School of Continuing Studies.  The TCard can be used to access all library resources and WiFi on campus throughout the duration of your course.

Click here for more information about the TCard and its associated privileges.

When your permission letter is ready, present it to one of the designated TCard offices at any of the three campuses, along with a piece of government-issued photo identification. Click here for TCard Office locations and hours. You do not need to present a permission letter if you have an existing TCard. Complete and submit this form and your TCard privileges will be reactivated within two business days.

  • The name on your TCard permission letter must match your government-issued ID in order to obtain a TCard.
  • Your SCS student number begins with the letter “X” or “S” and can be found on your registration receipt, or in your My Access student account.
  • Do not use this form:
    1. To request access to your online course platform (Blackboard or Curatr). If you have not received your access three days prior to the start of your course, contact us at learn@utoronto.ca for assistance.
    2. If you have enrolled in the full-time English Language Program (ELP). Your TCard and access to Blackboard will be provided to you by the ELP program organizers when you begin classes.
