Comparative Education Service (CES)
The Comparative Education Service (CES) of the University of Toronto is a Canadian-owned and operated credential evaluation and assessment service that has been in operation since the 1960s.
CES provides assessments of international academic qualifications and compares them to those offered in Canada, which helps employers to better understand our clients' credentials.
CES letters of assessment are highly valued by employers and immigration agencies throughout the world. For example, our letters are often requested by US Customs officials for the purpose of obtaining a TN Visa to work in the United States.
CES is recognized by the
Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC) and abides by their General Guiding Principles for Good Practice.
The Application Forms, including ALL required documents, can be submitted by mail or in person.
Payment must be made ONLY to the University of Toronto, as per the instructions on the application.
