Completed applications including ALL required documents and payment can be submitted In-Person or by Mail.

Before you submit the application please be aware of the following conditions:
- All applications must be signed by the person whose name appears on the academic documents. Requests for assessment by third parties will not be processed without written approval of the person whose name appears on the documents.
- Document verification may be required by our office. Verification is a process of obtaining confirmation from your former institution that the documents which you submitted are authentic. Any fees associated with the verification of your documents are your responsibility. Measures will be taken if it is confirmed that the documents which you submitted are false. These measures include the nullification of any assessment letters already issued, your fees will not be refunded, and other credential agencies will be notified.
- We may still issue a letter of assessment before we receive a response to our request for the verification. We do not want to unnecessarily delay your assessment. Once verification has been received, we will issue a new letter stating that the documents submitted were deemed as authentic by the issuing institution.
- The total service fee for the rush service is $508.50 ($450.00 + 13% HST) per person. This service takes up to five business days, provided all necessary documents have been received. It may, however, be determined that we need to contact your institution for more information or verification. In such a case, the Comparative Education Service may not be able to issue an assessment until the response is received. We will notify you in this circumstance.
- The processing times stated do not include mailing or delivery time. You may also arrange to pick up the letter(s) of assessment directly from our office.
Cancellation Policy
- An application submitted for regular service may be cancelled if the request is received within five business days. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be applied.
- An application submitted for rush service cannot be cancelled.
