Begin your exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) guided by accredited experts from Hong Kong and Canada. In an interactive format that includes Q&A, this one-day seminar will provide an overview of the philosophy, principles and holistic practice of TCM remedies. It will offer a better understanding of how TCM and Western medicine can be integrated to maintain wellness and treat disease while touching on the essentials of this growing field of complementary knowledge about our health.

There will be two sections: one in English and one in Cantonese. This seminar is a collaboration by educators from the School of Continuing and Professional Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
