Human Services & Social Work at the School of Continuing Studies
The University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies is proud to partner with the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work (FIFSW). This strategic partnership brings together the world-renowned academic leadership of the Faculty and the School’s globally-recognized reputation in continuing education.
Together we offer market-driven and industry-leading continuing education courses in human services and social work. Beginning September 2016, the Faculty’s continuing education courses are offered through the School of Continuing Studies and registration is now open. See below for a list of certificate programs, standalone courses and Professional Development Workshops that can help you to develop your professional skills and expand your knowledge in a range of subject areas. As this program is in transition, more courses will be added throughout the year so visit this page for updated content.
Our certificate programs and courses are developed and instructed by leading practitioners. For information about our instructors, please visit individual course pages and access instructor biographies.
Whether you want to add a new skill set to your ‘practitioner tool box’, develop your capacity as a leader in a social service organization, or integrate mindfulness into your work with your colleagues or clients, these programs are for you.
If you have questions regarding the transition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
