Program Requirements

This program requires the successful completion of two courses.

Required Courses

SCS 2355 Understanding and Managing Conflict (formerly Understanding and Resolving Conflict)
SCS 2705 Conflict Management Skills (formerly SCS 2243 Mediation Skills)

Notes: Students have one year from the start date of their first course to complete the professional development program.

It is also possible to apply courses from this professional development program towards the Leadership Essentials Certificate.
