Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Certification Program

PEMAC_2011 The School of Continuing Studies is a PEMAC education provider.

Developed and authorized by PEMAC, the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada, the MMP “Maintenance Management Professional Certification Program” consists of eight courses which provide learners with an understanding of the various concepts necessary to be an effective maintenance and physical asset management professional. Individuals who successfully complete all 8 courses and are members of the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada will receive the “Maintenance Management Professional” (MMP) designation from PEMAC.

SCS 2634 Production and Operations Manager for the Maintenance Manager
SCS 2635 Human Resources Management for the Maintenance Manager
SCS 2636 Financial Management for the Maintenance Manager
SCS 2637 Developing and Implementing Maintenance tactics
SCS 2638 Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
SCS 2639 Computerized Maintenance Management System
SCS 2641 Maintenance Management Capstone Project

Notes:
PEMAC (Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada) guidelines state: “A student must achieve 60% or higher on the final exam and an overall weighted grade of at least 60% to pass a particular module”.

It is recommended that courses be taken sequentially.
