Operations management takes in the efficient administration, measurement, analysis and supervision of the effective operational processes within an organization. Included are product and facility management, service, purchasing, warehousing, inventory and quality control, logistic, transportation and distribution.

Certificate Requirements

This certificate requires the successful completion of three courses.

SCS 2121 Principles of Operations Management
SCS 2124 Advanced Operations Management
SCS 2129 Operations Supply Chain Management

Note: Students have two years from the start date of their first course to complete the Certificate.
Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) exemption may be granted for SCS2121 Principles of Operations Management.
