About The Canadian Securities Course

The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)® is the educational foundation for serious investors and those seeking a career in the Financial Services industry. Successfully passing the Canadian Securities Course qualifies you to apply for licensing as a mutual fund salesperson and is the first step towards being registered with the Investment Dealers Association. The course provides you with the financial skills that employers are looking for, and gives you a competitive edge in today's job market.

The University of Toronto's Passing the CSC Volume I and Volume II courses are based on the official educational materials developed by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI)® and prepares you to write the CSC exams.

To register your CSC exams you must contact the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI)®. Once you are registered you will receive your official CSC materials.
